Career Opportunities
Network Field Technician
Looking for a professional technician who will provide on-site end-user support in the following but not limited to telecom installation, programming, maintenance, and repairs. Technicians also install low-voltage electrical equipment, cabling and security cameras at all locations within the assigned work region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the networking platform
- Troubleshoot network & system issues
- Monitor active network and server infrastructure
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Install and trouble shoot equipment; CCTV, NETWORK CABLING, SERVERS
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Document processes
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Basic computer skills and comfortable operating electronic devices
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available for a flexible work schedule (weekends / holidays / evenings)
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- High school diploma or certifications

- Reliable transportation
- Low Voltage Cable installation a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
- Technical degree or certification
Physical Demands:
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Be comfortable climbing up to heights of 40 feet plus
- Be able to work safely from a ladder rated for a maximum working load of 300 lbs. including all tools and equipment
- Be comfortable working in crawlspaces and attics
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather throughout the year
Certificates, Licenses, Registration and Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED required
- Possess a valid Driver’s license
IT Specialist
Provide support for IT departments and end-users in a number of organizations and industries. They ensure that computer hardware and software, as well as networks and servers, work consistently and correctly.
- Maintaining working components through repair or replacement
- Assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties
- Preparing website with proper coding and content pertinent to company business needs
- Monitoring clicks, links, usability, and the overall status of the company webpage, landing pages, and supporting pages
- Assisting customers and staff with hardware and software challenges
- Ability to work independently
- Provide technical service and support to customers
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, including educating customers on the usage of their technology solutions

- Determine the best location for the installation of the receiver/satellite dish and effectively troubleshoot issues

- Stock vehicle with necessary equipment on a weekly or periodic basis and accurately track inventory
- Attend weekly or periodic technician meetings
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. on a regular basis

Requirements
- Proven Field Service experience 3-5 Years
- Microsoft server 2003-2019 domain setups and deployments
- Reliable transportation
- Low Voltage Cable installation is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
- Technical degree or certification
Sales Representative
- Customer Service Skills: Sales representatives need to be able speak in a friendly manner to customers and potential customers, listening to what they need, and helping communicate options that may be of benefit to them and their situation.
- Communication Skills: Sales representatives need to describe to customers a product’s different features, answer any questions they might have, and communicate why having the product would be of benefit to them.
- Flexibility: Sales representative may have to work long hours, nights, or weekends, therefore being flexible with their schedule is key to succeeding in this career.
- Persistence: Sales representative don’t make every sale, and at times a customer can be rude or disrespectful. Being able to bounce back, have a positive attitude, and continue forward is important in this type of work.
